Kaizen specializes in serving a premium traditional “Omakase” experience. We source our fish and shellfish locally and in Japan.

$65 12-Course & $100 16-Course
Sunday - Thursday seating times: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm.
Friday & Saturday seating times: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm and 10pm.
Saturday & Sunday (lunch): 1pm
$40 Sake pairing add-on: 5 selections of sake (2oz. each).
*Complimentary sake every Tuesday with the 16-Course omakase.
Also available for table seating. All courses will be served in flights.
